I hear Jeff and Chatty Kathy discussing episodes of Hell’s Kitchen and I have tried watching it, but Chef Ramsay is screaming and cursing. He makes me nervous and I can not watch this popular programming. I have found two alternatives that are more representative of my style. Challenge, action and then a professional evaluation.
